2.     Scope for processing personal data

We only process personal data of our users, as far as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services.

We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and when you contact us through the contact page. The personal data we could process includes:

  • work address, email address and/or phone number;
  • job title;
  • personal data related to the browser or device you use to access our website;
  • IP address, internet browser and operating system;
  • any other personal data you provide in the contact page.

 

3.     Use and legal basis for the processing of the personal data

We process the personal data listed above in order to be able to respond to your questions as forwarded in the contact page. Where requested we sill contact you per telephone to discuss the issues noted.

No analysis or sharing of the personal data is applicable. The information is solely used for the processing of the response.

 

4.     Data deletion and storage time

The personal data will be stored as part of the file that relates to your requests and comments in order to be able to contact you in the future when necessary. We will not keep your personal data for any purpose longer than necessary to fulfill the original or a compatible purpose.

In some instances, we are required to retain certain information by law and for as long as reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions. Where this is the case, your personal data will only be processed for the relevant legitimate purpose and not used for marketing.

The personal data that we collect from you is solely stored within the EU at MedQ Consultants B.V. email and intranet for prospecting and contracting.

 

6.     Purpose IP processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary in order to enable proper functioning of the website at the computer of the user for the duration of the session.

 

7.     Automated individual decision-making, including profiling

We do not profile or make any automated decisions in relation to your personal data. In case your IP address is considered harmful it could be blocked.

 

8.     What are my rights in relation to my personal data?

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data, clicking the unsubscribe button on any communication we have sent to you or by contacting us.
